Get to the core of the matter, the true heart of your venture–the story of why you exist, what you are trying to do in the world and why. Now craft your story with care and tell it with passion, conviction and creativity…this is the way to earn a happy ending.

Nice post I completely agree,customers are more likely to buy with a company that they have a relationship with. This company is often mentioned but thinking off the top of my head Apple is able to tell a great ‘story’ with its product presentations and press conferences. I know a few people who were glued to the screen watching last years Macworld and watching along with them I noticed that unlike a lot of tech presentations there is a big emphasis on viewer involvement and creating excitement from the company.
